The care he received was so different to anything he had experienced before. The team at Sorriso were very reassuring and took all of his concerns into account. Within a few weeks he had the necessary work done and was really pleased with the outcome. This positive review from a very hard customer to please prompted me to visit Sorriso for a whitening procedure. I suffer from various auto-immune conditions and Uppal knew exactly what they were and what the implications of them were on my mouth health. This made a huge difference to me as I felt that someone understood some of the problems I had been experiencing. Uppal also recommended that I saw the hygienist. I quite often have my teeth cleaned and so expected this to be a very quick polish. However, the hygienist spent 40 minutes on my teeth. Although I gave up smoking 15 years ago, she managed to remove tar that had been there for that long. I was mortified but grateful!

I was looking for a new dentist after mine retired. I have been blown away by Uppal's diligence and standard of care. The whole team are lovely and very professional. I was nervous about a complex procedure but Uppal is an expert (she lectures in implant surgery) and I needn't have worried.
